http 504 error while inporting

I'm trying to import tab-delimited file with node fields and got this error:
An HTTP error 504 occurred.
/admin/content/node_import/1/continue

There are 3 text fields and one node reference field (using select widget in CCK). I use multiple values in this field with || separator.

Error occured after successfull importing of some nodes.
