External path is not been build when working with IExplorer 9

External Iframe, not working on IExplorer 9
set the module, and made it work with Mozilla Firefox, the path is been build correctly and linked sites are been open with the external frame toolbar.
but, when trying it on IExplorer9, the path is not been build. so site linked are been open without the external iframe tool bar.

I checked the demonstration site, and it seems OK there.
any updates ?
