Good afternoon,

I installed Image Enhanced Scaling today and I didn't really like how things worked out so I decided to take it off. Now I get the following error whenever I view an image:

Unable to create scaled thumbnail image

I would just like to know of a way that I can take this off, I have unenabled the module, deleted the folder and moved back the imagemagick file to the image module folder, what next??

Thanks!

Charles

I'm don't know what may be causing this. There shouldn't be a problem with disabling and uninstalling Image Enhanced Scaling – it uses the exact same data storage as image.module. I tried just now to disable my copy of the module and view an image and it works fine.

Did you have images working properly before you installed Enhanced Scaling? What was it that didn't work while you had it installed?

I have another suspicion: If you removed image.imagemagick.inc you may have to visit Administer >> Site configuration >> Image toolkit and explicitly reset the toolkit to GD, or move imagemagick back into includes. The problem may be that Drupal tries to find Imagemagick and it's missing. In fact, try this first – I think that might be it.

Please report your progress. Thanks!

Yeah I figured it out, I had to reupload the module, set the Image Toolkit back to GD, then disable the module again.

I think what happened is my server timed out when I tried setting it back the first time.

Thanks alot, and thanks for the fast response!! :)
