Keep track of site diggs

It would be great to link this module with the voting api or something so dugg content could be featured -- kind of kill two birds with one stone. A user could digg it for public exposure, and to promote something on the site, then maybe a block with the "Most dugg stories" could be shown or something similar like views integration.
