If the commission structure is set to 0, the product won't be present in the generated links.
Unfortunately, setting the commission structure to 0, as advertized, has no effect on the generated links page.
This creates a significant issue for sites that have wholesale v.s., retail products, or simply have products that should not be in the Affiliate program.

tmwagner commentedTraced the code; but then discovered the source of this problem; the first drop down box had not been set to one of the valid choices.
The module (I'm guessing uc_affiliate2.admin.inc) should check for a valid selection. In this instance, the option is simply left blank. See attached screen shot.
