Notification email contains incorrect amount and unclear description

The status of the following iDEAL transactions at Commerce Kickstart cannot
be retrieved. Check their definitive status with your bank.

You can view these transactions at
http://example.com/admin/reports/ideal.

In this case, the amount should be €30.00 and "4" is the transaction description, which is not clear at all. The email also doesn't have a subject.
