Is this something serious?
user warning: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ',0,1)' at line 1 query: INSERT INTO term_access_defaults (vid,rid,grant_view,grant_update,grant_delete,grant_create,grant_list) VALUES (8,1,1,,,0,1) in /home/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

I found that this appears when I do not explicitly check all the fields in the Role Access setting in the Taxonomy Access module.

Not sure about the severity, but you've definitely posted this to the wrong project issue queue.

Please, update your Taxonomy Access module. There was a similar issue, that was solved.
