Hi,

Just nosing around to see what modules exist that I might need for my next project.
I have no experience with OG6 and want to start working with OG7 as I prefer my new projects on D7.

Now I've read a lot on D7/OG7 and because the new everything is fieldable concept I am not sure if this module even needs a D7 port. Maybe you can tell me if it does and if one is planned?

I'm not entirely sure. There would have to be fields associated with the group (and defined by the group admin), but then the values would have to be associated with the user. Maybe this module would handle that bridge.

So if I understand correctly a D7 port still is neccesary? Or maybe a D7 rewrite to work with the new fieldable concept. Is this planned?

It would be nice to have this functionality in a D7 version. I'm building a community site that needs to have certain profile fields filled out based on the groups of which you are a member.
