blocks not appearing on some pages

I have just installed the 5.x-1.2 version of bluebreeze on my Drupal 5.1 installation and there are no blocks showing up on my photo gallery page nor the main blog page (and user #2's blog page). I had been using Garland previously and all the blocks showed up on the correct pages (I excluded some of them from showing up on a few pages such as no User Login on the photo gallery). I have gone back into the Blocks admin section for the Bluebreeze theme and oddly enough the settings appeared the same as the settings for Garland without me doing anything. This is opposed to all the other default installed themes such as Minelli, Pushbutton, etc. which were all set back to all blocks disabled when I clicked on those themes within the Blocks admin interface.

I have also installed Bluebreeze on a test site to see how it would work and all the blocks appear where expected (including the photo gallery site).

Just in case it makes a difference, I'm running Gallery 2.1 with the Gallery module installed in Drupal. However, since the problems also occur with the Blogs page, I don't think Gallery 2 is the culprit.

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide as I really like this Bluebreeze theme and would like to use it.
