Is there any available module, which let the user to create anycontent ( image, video etc.) just from one form ?

Now, when user is going to add new content, firstly he has to make a choice between content type.
I would like do it more easy and make the ability to add anycontent from one form.

You can make a single content type that has all the necessary fields, of course the can add/edit any of the fields.
