misplaced <em> in search_keywords_help

I'm seeing the following in the source on this page:
admin/settings/search_keywords

I don't see an issue with it in the search_keywords_help() function, but not sure where the extra is coming from either:

<p>Settings for the search keywords information that Drupal will keep about the site. See <a href="<em>/admin/logs/search_keywords</em>">site search_keywords</a> for the actual information.</p>

Anyone else see this?
