Site logo does not show up unless [site name] is enabled [#1318256]

If site logo is turned on in the settings page for the theme but site name is NOT turned, the logo does NOT show up.

If you turn the site name the site logo shows up.

Now, if you turn the site LOGO off, the site name AND site SLOGAN show up.

Confused? I was! :-)

This is on chrome, and drupal 7.8.

Probably a very simply code fix.

Great theme otherwise.
