No Mkdir buttons after migration D6 -> D7

Hi all,

After a major upgrade from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7, I can't find Mkdir buttons (please see the screenshot). I also tried to uninstall and reinstall Mkdir module but no luck. Any suggestion?? Thanks!
