I'm trying to run enewsletter on Drupal 5.1. Are You planning an 5.x compatible release?

I'm still working on putting the finishing touches to the 4.7 release - once that's out I'll upgrade it to Drupal 5.

That's great news - didn't think there would be a 4.7 version!

Will it support users having their own emails with their own subscriptions etc?

Good to know this project is still alive. Just found it accidentally. Will wait for 5.x version.

csc4 - yes emails are personalised with user details and content preferences.

Thanks for the reply - think we might be at slight cross purposes - I'm not thinking about the recipients so much as the community users.

The community users would like to have their own personal emails and personal signup lists .. something I thought SimpleNews could do but it seems it can't as all the 'from' etc are central to the site.

Wow! I just stumbled on this module. This will fill a great void and be an incredible asset to the family of drupal modules.
