Well I got here automatically by the status report page from my drupal(pressflow 6.22 actually), which said

"Check if there are enabled modules listed under the category Meta tags in the modules page. If nodewords.module is not the only enabled module listed under the category Meta tags, then file an issue. "
I haven't any other module installed under that category.

I attach an sql file with my system table (only the installed modules).
The only other warning in status report page is about Date Timezone requirements.
Tell me if you need more info.

Are you sure that you are using the latest 6.x-1.x-dev version? I don't see that error message in the codebase.

I am sorry u are right. It was 6.x-1.11 version not the 6.x-1.x-dev one. The submit form was autogenerated when I got here and I missed that. I installed the version 6.x-1.x-dev and it's ok now.
