Incorrect 'Click to configure' link in unconfigured blocks

When I added one of the Adsense blocks (but still hadn't configured it), the block shows
AdSense unconfigured block. <a href="http://davereid.net/admin/build/block/configure/adsense/admin/build/block/configure/adsense/0">Click to configure.</a>

The actual link to edit this block is 'http://davereid.net/admin/build/block/configure/adsense/0'.

I just needed to add the url function. I've included the necessary path and tested that it works correctly on my site.
