I've set the "Title for image block" on the settings->image to "Photo Galleries". Now I was expecting this would change the "image galleries" link from the primary blinks of my theme to "photo galleries", but it doesn't. Either a bug, or I'm confused what this is supposed to do ...

As the setting says, it just controls the name of the block, not anything to do with links. I suppose it would be possible to use the same setting to change the link title too, if that's what people wanted...
