Renaming links breaks connections to rule sets/condition sets

When renaming the Rules links I created on my site, all the reactions and visibility settings disappeared – though the corresponding components are still present. I suspect this is caused by Rules link identifying the relevant components by comparing machine names – and that component machine names aren't updated if the machine name for a link is changed.

Note: This issue would be solved by the approach suggested in #1309444: Allow links to reuse condition sets for visibility, rather than providing their own and #1280000: Replace triggering rule-sets with events. ;-)
