Is it/will it be possible to count users' content revisions as post counts (as an option)?

Sometimes users make considerable contributions by editing existing content - and therefore they should get a post count per revision basis.

This seems like a good idea, yes. I don't have time at the moment to code it but will be happy to include any patches that get uploaded/tested.
