I'm assuming that xstatistics isn't already doing this.

Google Reader, Bloglines and other online blog readers (which will be crawling on behalf of all their users subscribed to a particular blog) submit information about how many subscribers they have for the feed they are fetching in the User-Agent header in HTTP.

Would be great to have this included in the blog subscriber count. What would also be great would be a breakdown of how many people using each reader.
