"View own module" does not recognize sticky notes content and hence does not provide an option on the permissions page for an administrator to grant access to users to view their own notes (sticky note).

When "view own module" is enabled, authenticated users cannot see their own notes. Only the administrator or a user who has access to create or administer content can see those notes.
