Don't enable non-essential UI modules

Currently we're enabling various UI modules. These won't be needed by general users, and site admins who do need them will know how to enable them. Exception is probably skinr_ui, which arguably is easy enough to use for basic configuration.

So remove views_ui, field_ui, and contex_ui from the recommends array.
