Got this when creating a new node, and the

"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

dont know what it is about.
The error repeats each time I create content.

i will 2nd this. I havent changed any options. Since it was working. Now it isnt

I can third this. When a new account is created I get this error once logged in to set a password

Granted I can still set password and go about my business....
