'Views' dependency not defined

The module needs the Views module up and running. The 5 users worldwide not having the Views module installed, will get the following error message:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function views_embed_view() in /var/www/modules/closedquestion/closedquestion.module on line 232

Currently, the following dependencies are defined: Autoload, jQuery UI, jQuery Update, Libraries (enabled)
