Better items display

Displaying of items, needs more info for people.

I have a basic patch which is a start and here for other people to look at and maybe help out.
I have added line total, but I can't figure out the JavaScript/Ajax/DAHAH out, so it's always blank.
I have added total for all items that have been to quote/invoice/cash sale. This works ok, but would be nice if I could figure out how to align under all the other totals.
Might be nice to add a tax total and stuff, but that can come later.
I have added + Column, which I think would balance the layout nicely, but have not got the code working correctly.

Would be nice to get some feed back and maybe help with the parts that I am battling with.
