Am I missing something or the ability to set default value for the field has been removed? I cannot seem to find it anywhere, neither in 7.x.1.0 nor in 7.x.1.x.dev version.

This is very valuable feature for me, and would kindly ask you to clarify this issue, at least to point me into right direction.
