Where and how can I delete the “Powered by Ubercart,” “Supported by Ubercart, an open source e-commerce suite,” and “Drupal e-commerce provided by Ubercart” credits on the bottom of the product pages?

Not sure where it is in 6.x (I'm working exclusively in 7.x now), but there should be an admin section for the store, look for display settings, and you can disable the footer message.
