What's the difference from other Partial Payment modules? [#1324164]

What's the difference from other Partial Payment modules like Ubercart Down Payments(http://drupal.org/project/uc_downpayment)?

Good point.
They seem to be twins, even if we talk about age [a few days difference]

From Functionality description, http://drupal.org/project/uc_downpayment give more featuers, so I'd say we should prefer that project.
