I would like to host Drupal on FreBSD VPS, but would like some guidance on what sort of resources would be required.

At te moment I'm think about using thiis company

but don't know ihow well my site would cope? Does Drupal require much in the way of CPU and RAM?

Drupal's CPU and RAM usage is really dependant on the traffic you get to your site, complex pages, etc. I was able to get it running on RootBSD FreeBSD VPS, their support helped me get it running pretty quickly
