Unique Sequences for markers ini files

While writing a custom ini file for markers, I realized you got to have unique icons file for each marker.
Otherwise, gmap breaks with not alert (it took a while to realize this...)

.Do we really need unique icon files inside ini files?
.Can we have an alert when duplicate icon file are found inside the same ini file?
