I recieved this error just going to "payment Method"

Warning: call_user_func(commerce_payment_rules_access) [function.call-user-func]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback in RulesPluginUI::getOptions() (line 767 of /home/cphtrave/public_html/sites/all/modules/rules/ui/ui.core.inc).

I cannot reproduce the error. Can you please tell me on which url you get this?

I navigated to admin/commerce/config/payment-methods but I get no error there.
