Add a link to the Handbook Quicklinks with the text "Edit This Page" that links to http://drupal.org/contribute/documentation. It should be the top link.

I should add that the purpose of this request is to address various complaints that it is sometimes difficult to figure out how to edit handbook pages. See these threads for reference (gathered from the first four pages of a search on terms "how do I edit handbook pages documentation where"):

So post D7 upgrade and redesign, is this still an issue?

I couldn't find the Quicklinks that were discussed.

Having a prominent link to /contribute/documentation could be good.

Could even check for editing permission in the handbook and provide some brief statement encouraging folks to apply.

We need to find new ways to encourage more folks to write documentation after all.
