Clicking print icon/text opens a blank window. [#1324992]

I have installed the module and everything seems fine up until the point I click the 'print friendly page' icon - It opens a blank page!

I am using this module on a company Intranet so I can't give you a link. I am using IE 7 (I know!!) and Firefox.

Let me know if you need more info.

Any help much appreciated.

If it opens a blank page, there was certainly an error. What's the relevant info from the apache error log?

As to IE7, fine by me.. If you'd said IE6 on the other hand...

I don't have acccess to the apache log atm but I have requested it for Monday.

I will pick this up again after the weekend...

I should also add that if I select to send page as email or export to PDF they too are both blank!

I'm using SKY theme but even if I switch to Garland I get the same results...

Hi,

The log file was viewed today but there was nothing in there that referred to the Print module. Is it possible that Drupal's log would point us in the right direction or should I be looking for something in particular?

There seem to be a number of 'Page not found messages' which is what I am getting when clicking the icon. The message in the log says: 'taxonomy/term/1/0/feed'.

Could this be related?

Usually, blank pages indicate some kind of error int the executed PHP, not necessarily in the print module code.

I don't think that the not found taxonomy term pages have anything to do with it, but I can't be sure.. However, and without more info, I really can't help you. Sorry.
