http:// is converting to http%3A//

Hello!

I'm using External Link Page and put external links via CKEditor module. So, putting link via CKEditor's dialog window, the colon symbol turns into "%3A" (http://mysite.ru/link?url=http%3A//drupal.org) and as a result link opens in 404 status on my site.

Also the trouble stays when I put the link without any editor.

Upd: There's the problem only with setting's 'delay' value '0'. Fron the page with message (with value of delay more than '0') link works.
