Issue Summary
Hi Ron,
How exacly do we implement this in a website. Do we have to register to some service ? Do we have to setup some special parmeters ?

Basically you just enable it and forget it. The one gotcha is that you have to visit the admin/menu page at least once after enabling the module to rebuild the menu cache (You don't have to do any thing on the menu page, just going to that page is sufficient. I really have to fix that :-) ).
After that you should get an OAI feed if you go /biblio/oai
