Two missing files reported in error box. They are both inside of the modules/tablemanager/ folder and chmod 777.
What is the problem? Thanks.

* File 'tablemanager0.css' is either missing or not readable by the server.
* File 'bg_fade.png' is either missing or not readable by the server.
* Bar chart colours are either missing or not readble by the server

The module install did not create the folder /misc/. Path should be modules/tablemanager_folder_location/misc. All images and css should be moved there. All is right with the world.

Erm... CUCKOO - CUCKOO!!!!

The module doesn't create a misc folder - it's present already in your download... All that was wrong was that you installed the module incorrectly (you're supposed to just unpack the whole tarball not move the files into your modules folder). The misc folder would have been present if you'd just followed the instructions!!!
