Group contact pages

Would it possible or easy to add contact forms (like those for individual users, or for the entire site) for groups? The need for this has come up on my site, having the following benefits over the "contact the admin" approach:

* Allows a shared email address that more than one group member can access. This is important if the admin doesn't necessarily have the time to answer all queries
* Bypasses the problem that an admin can unwittingly turn off his personal contact page, removing any contact route for the group
* Allows non-registered users to contact groups (personal contact forms are limited to registered users)

Ideally, the group admin would be able to set the group's contact email address when editing the group node.

I haven't found any mention of this elsewhere - my apologies if it has already come up.
