Thank you for this! Every time I create new terms I ponder over them for days dreading the idea of having to go back and change them!

Two suggestions:

1) Allow for filtering by content type so that the user does not have to see content types that are not applicable to what they are looking to change.

2) I know that Taxonomy Terms and CCK fields are different animals, but it would be great if this editor was broadened to batch changes to CCK fields as well. When new fields are added/deleted, 100's or 1000's of node updates can take days.

CCK field support is WAY out of scope. I know it looks like a similar job, but hopefully the CCK guys have a plan for it.
