Can't see anything when viewings the code coverage report for a file

Only thing visible is the return to index link.

This was just a small css issue.

I can verify this issue. I tested on numerous web browsers with the following results:

Epiphany 2.30.6 - Code coverage lines are all squashed together
Internet Explorer 9 - Nothing is readable (line of green symbols)
Chrome 16 - No coverage results are visible as in issue description
Safari 5.1.2 - No coverage results are visible as in issue description
Opera 11.60 - Nothing is readable (line of green symbols)
Iceweasel 3.5.16 - Works without error
Firefox 9.0.1 - Works without error

After applying the patch results were visible in all web browsers I tested with.
