Would like to be able to automatically subscribe newly registered users to one or more newsletter list.

Yes this will come together with the edit subscriptions tokens.maybe in the following week

Should the module also send a confirmation mail,or should the subscriber automatically set to confirmed,like whats currently happens with mass import?

I think this should follow the settings currently used for the mailing list if possible, at admin/config/media/newsletter/configure

I do not send a confirmation so would prefer it not be sent for users subscribed this way.

I tried both beta6 and dev version, but I can't find the place where to activate this functionality, after new user registration, the user is still unsubscribed. Please can you give me advice?
