Configure filter criterion not showing translated options

I have a site in English and Hebrew. I've created a view - exposed page block filter. It works fine on the English site http://jspca.org.il/en/dogs but on the Hebew site the filter doesn't work http://jspca.org.il/he/hdogs . I think it could be because when I set up the filter criteria although the fields are translated when I set up the content type under 'options' it only shows the english options. How do I get it to show the Hebrew options?
