I had problems with Drupal not finding the autogrow jquery script in profiles/drupal_commons/libraries.

Creating the directory sites/all/libraries and shifting the file there fixed it.

Cleaning up the queue. No longer applicable in 7.x-3.x and we're not fixing non-security bugs in commons 6.x-2.x
