[D6] Popup window no longer available

Issue Summary

When I updated to this version, I suddenly lost CKEDITOR in all my sites which were set to use a popup window.

The link "open the rich text editor in a popup window" no longer shows up.

Works fine when "Use CKEditor in a popup window:" is set to "No"

Do you see any JavaScript errors in Firebug console ?
