After refreshing the page of bbb node

Hello,
When i refresh the bigblubutton page then it shows every and each time different2 options.
As like i refresh once then i got only camera & audio option.At second time refresh i got only camera icon and chat option,At third time refreshing i got audio and presentation option.
I am not able to find out this prob.
Why every time all options is not coming.
Please help me.its urgent for me,
