Thanks for this lightweight module!

I see one main problem. The terms are not created via the Drupal API. I'm using the UUID module and the consequence is, that the terms are not visible because this module hooks in the term creation API. Maybe the terms should not be created via "Insert". Better use the Drupal API.

It seems you downloaded a pre-release version of the module.
