How can i center the title of my website and change:
the color of the font in the title and top menus only to white. I would also like to make the menu items fonts smaller since I have so many items in my menu.

Hey jacki, sorry it's taken so long for anyone to get back to you.
I have recently taken over this project and am taking it in a new, D7 only direction, and as such, and am no longer supporting the previous incarnation of this theme. As such, I'm sorry to say, I will not be able to assist you with this issue.
