For the feed http://dwlt.net/tapestry/liberty.rdf (and other Tapestry feeds), no feed data is shown, though each feed item has a valid link. The content is an escaped IMG element. IIRC, this worked in Drupal 4.4.x.

I'm gonna go ahead and add a patch for this even if it is a duplicate. A lot of feeds contain images, so adding IMG to the unfiltered list should prevent problems for a number of people until we get a better fix.

so, why do you not make a patch for aggregator to use the filters? This one will really make very little chance of being committed.

I have a list of reasons amounting to not having time.

This is an interim solution until a real fix can be introduced. If this doesn't make 4.5.2, that's OK. The fix will still be available here for anyone that experiences the problem.
