First of all, I'm not sure you are allowed to use the Apple logos and other copyrighted information?

Secondly, I think you should go with a (primarily) single column layout - have the short information first, then a big comment field, perhaps followed by a split-column with poll on one side and recent messages on the other. You could remove that huge image with Jobs - It doesn't do or say anything.

So true , the are also not allow to even say "apple" anywhere on the internet without being charged.
