I have disabled the default logo in my themes, and in global settings. I've added the path to the custom logos in both the theme and global settings. I have uploaded my selection of logos, and they display on the list of logos tab in the logo modules settings.

But...no logos are displayed. Ever.

I'm a total noob to Drupal, so what part am I missing here?

Well... As they're displayed on the logotool logos screen I would assume that everything configuration-wise is okay...? You've not really given me anything to go on though, erm... I errr... *cough* I dunno? Try checking the http://www.yoursite.com/logotool/logo - does it bring up a logo? What have you set the display mode to? BTW, do you have clean urls enabled or not?

I do have clean URLs enabled, and it fails whether or not I have that enabled or disabled.

The URL in question is http://www.hazelip.com/ Sorry, I should have included that earlier.

I can go directly to an image URL when logged into the site, or logged out as an anonymous user.

By the way, I just noticed something. There is absolutely no logotool code in the source of the rendered page. ??

Okay, this makes no sense.

I got it to work by ignoring the module's instructions. I have enabled the logo in the theme settings. Now, it's displaying correctly.

Erm, well I don't think it *actually* says anywhere that you have to disable your sites logo...? It says;

"Then uncheck your themes 'Use the default logo' and point the 'Path to custom logo' to:

logotool/logo"

You obviously still need to tell your site to use a logo, else well... it won't display one...? And doing what it says above (cut+pasted frin the modules project page) will work fine... Think about it, if you tell the theme you're actually using to NOT use the global theme and to use the custom set 'logotool/logo' path to find its logo then that's exactly what it will display.

If it's not this, then please explain clearly so I can bug fix and roll out an updated release - but at present I'm putting this down to 'user error caused by skimming over the instructions'?

Thanks,

Nope, you got it. I'm just a noob bonehead, and I misread it is all.

Thanks for your help and attention.

No, no - you did good! There's no shame in admitting you did something wrong, most people just don't bother replying - leaving me not knowing whether my modules are broken or not! And 'most people' includes some users who really should know better (sometimes even devs!)

Thank you,
