Add link to URL field in CCK

I'm using drupal 4.7.5 and installed the CCK module. When i create the content type, i added one text filed with label "URL". Then, i want to see the link under the text which is input under "URL" text field. But i have no idea where to modify in the coding as CCK has many modules inside.
If anyone has an idea, please share with me.
